In its third year Chazou Gallery’s Winter Salon explores the plural of luminary. Luminaries, informed by collected definitions in dictionaries, zeros in on “a body or object which gives off light.” Works run the gamut between artisans creating earthen ware celestial bodies and lanterns to artists applying ground precious and semi-precious gemstones on painted canvases or gold leaf to luminousness abstract panels.
